In December 2002 we all gathered in Urruña (north basque
country). Some guys from Algorta and Ibarra came out with the
idea of making a short movie.
|
In
the beginning our goal was to have some fun and to meet somewhere
in the countryside.
Actually none of us had any idea about this stuff and we only
had an old camera.
Anyway we got quite fast the script (the war of Orreaga, Eneko
Aritza) and more people started to help us; we got digital cameras,
dresses, and above all, the illusion of the people.

Once
we had all this things we began to shoot, and it became a wonderful
experience. |

Once
the short movie was ready, and as many people took part in the
shooting, we took a huge thater for the matinee (Leidor, Tolosa),
without caring about the spendings.
It was amazing, we flipped out. |
| More
than 1,200 people gathered, sold out, we came in a self made Limousine,
there was Txalaparta, Bertsolaris... in one word: |
The
first world wide basque Matinee!
Afterwards it was edited by local scholl Mairu and it is still
nowadays on sale.
